History of the Company's Development

The company has been around since 2014 and has become one of the leaders in the field of software development for congress and exhibition events.

The information age requires change

We carefully studied the industry and saw how slow paperwork was unable to meet the challenges of the information age, hindering the development of the sector. There were long queues at the entrances to the exhibition complexes, and data processing in the form of paper documents took a lot of time.

EXPODAT terminals

Based on the principles of digitization and the use of modern technologies, we began experimenting with ways to register and exchange data among event participants. What appeared to be simple tasks at first turned out to be a serious challenge.

However, after several months of trial and error, we assembled our first terminal.

Initially, we focused on integrating electronic chips and antennas into the badges of event participants. This approach allowed information about the owner to be transmitted via wireless data transfer technology. Thus, a person could present their badge to the terminal at the booth, which would read the chip's signal and store information about the visitor. This enabled exhibitors to collect a database of clients with their interests and contact details. Although the method of using chips was convenient, the high cost of each individual badge made it impractical for large events with thousands of participants.

As a result, we began looking for alternative methods of data exchange.

Leader expo Mobile app

The terminal system and QR/barcodes have proven to be effective at many large international congress and exhibition events. However, we continued to develop the idea of digitizing events.

After several months of trial and error, we assembled our first terminal.

Thanks to LeaderExpo, every exhibitor and visitor now has a wide range of functionalities: collection of contact information, event statistics, event program, list of participating brands, favorites list, event layout, directions, tickets, and much more.

The service is actively evolving, and with each event, the list of features continues to grow.

EXPOCOM.online platform

Currently, we are also developing our own platform for webinars called Expocom.online.

Organizers have access to webinar rooms, a chat for communication, a personal account system, as well as matchmaking features.

We have simplified and optimized the process of conducting online events.

Reliable servers and constant technical support enable us to achieve maximum efficiency for events of any scale.
