The following were developed:
- Expocom online platform,
- Expocom Matchmaking system,
- RuTraining distance learning service.

EXPODAT became a member of the Russian Union of Exhibitions and Fairs.

The "Expodat - Central Asia" office was opened. The company became one of the leaders in the development of software for congress and exhibition events.

The LeadER mobile application was developed. The company became one of the leaders in participant registration services and event communication organization.

A proprietary event registration system was developed. The participant identification technology using NFC chips was replaced with barcode/QR code scanning technology.

The first events were held using the EXPODAT service based on NFC chip technology.
